HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Browse the products page, then simply select the color and quantity of the makeup and click ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Once you have all your desired items added into your shopping cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be asked to sign in or register. You will then be directed to fill in your billing and shipping address. Please ensure you have entered the correct billing and shipping address. Finally, select the shipping method and payment method you prefer, then click ‘CONFIRM ORDER’. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number, as well as receiving an order confirmation email through your registered email address containing the contents of your order for your reference.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). Please note for all returns, customer will need to arrange the return of the item via Regular or Registered Air Mail back to our designated return address including tracking. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
In addition, to be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused & unopen in its original packaging, Rosie reserves the right to refuse any refunds requested.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer shipping to Canada, United States, Western & Northern Europe, Eastern & Southern Europe, Australia, and Asia at the moment. However, the current free ship promotion is applicable for the month of March, use code FREESHIP at checkout. Our regular shipping fees will be a flat rate of $15.00 CAD.
